Co-op’s products will “massively increase choices” available for Getir’s customers, with around 300 lines across fresh and ambient food.

The collaboration will serve customers better with quick meals, fresh meats, fruits and veg, and support Getir with its mission of rapid growth across the UK.

“Getir is committed not only to speed and convenience but to exploring new and innovative ways to serve customers looking for a broad selection of products and everyday groceries,” said Getir’s UK genereal manager, Kristof Van Beveren.

He added: “These products represent the best of British farming, ethical trading as well as support Co-ops charitable partnerships.

“We are excited to expand our product choices and look forward to adding brand new lines to our service that will meet the needs of our growing community.”

Head of sales & wholesale corporate development at NISA Retail Ltd, James Roberts comments: “Getir is enabling us to reach more Co-op customers across London and the UK in record time is an exciting proposition for us.

“We’ve always prided ourselves on the excellent range of products we make available and so giving customers the best possible choices when it comes to groceries and combining that with the convenience of rapid home delivery was a natural fit.

“We look forward to hearing what customers think.”
