Ocado has appointed Julia M Brown to its board as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of its People Committee and Remuneration Committee.
Set to begin her new role at the online-only supermarket from 1 January 2023, Brown has previously worked in several roles within the food industry with experience in strategic procurement across consumer products and in supply chain operations.
