Lundstrom joined the coffee brand in 2010 as Brand PR Manager, before taking on the role of Brand Communications Manager, followed by Head of Brand Identity.

In 2020, she joined the leadership team as CBO and continued to play an ‘instrumental role’ in strengthening the Nespresso brand.

“It has been a privilege to lead Nespresso’s brand strategy over the past two years, bringing creative platforms to life and delivering new experiences for Nespresso customers to enjoy, and now I’m delighted to take on this new role,” Anna Lundstrom said.

She added: “I’m looking forward to this new chapter at Nespresso, as the business continues to innovate and evolve to meet the needs of our customers, and deliver the high quality, sustainable coffee experiences we are renowned for.”

  • Nespresso has very little concern about its customer interface. If you point out any of the MANY inadequacies of their website, all you receive is a barrage of defensive, sulky silent sort of responses, with a half hearted, insincere offer to “look into it”.

I have invested in a new Vertuo pods machine – BUT – be aware – the Vertuo pods are ONLY available from Nespresso direct – if you run out you cannot just nip to the supermarket to pick up a box!! Very frustrating and as such not a machine I would recommend purchasing! I have asked on several occasions if these pods will be coming to supermarkets soon only to be told there is no update on this. The delivery times on these pods are 2-5 working days and never seem to be anything less than 5 working days in my experience! Ridiculous that you can’t just go and buy a box of pods when required! Really has put me off this machine.
