Deliveroo has appointed a new chief financial officer Scilla Grimble who id due to join the company and its board “no later than June 2023”.
The delivery company’s current CFO Adam Miller will step down from the role on 17 September 2022, to allow for interim David Hancock to fill the position alongside his duties of VP investor relations until June next year.
Miller joined the company in 2019 and guided operations through the Covid-19 pandemic and oversaw its general high-profile flotation.

“It has been a privilege to work for Deliveroo. Now is the right time for change, both for me and Deliveroo. I am proud of everything that Deliveroo has achieved over the past few years,” Miller said.
Prior to her appointment, Grimble served as the CFO at MoneySupermarket since 2019.
Before Tesco, Grimble spent 10 years at UBS where she was managing director and head of consumer and retail investment banking at EMEA.
