Wholesaler Parfetts has appointed Jamie Ferguson as the new head of marketing, where he will lead the marketing department as well as oversee the Parfetts brand.
Ferguson is also expected to support the Go Local own label range and Local facias. Currently, the range includes over 150 lines, with sales growing over 25% year-on-year.
Prior to Parfetts, Ferguson worked in wholesale and retail for 26 years with some if the UK’s leading marketing agencies. He also spent the last 10 years on a variety of leading symbol brands.

“Jamie is a talented marketer who brings a lot of experience to the role. He is already making an impact on our wide-ranging online and offline offering across B2B and B2C channels and supporting the rapid expansion of our own-label range,” Parfetts joint managing director Guy Swindell said.
“As we continue to grow, it’s important that our customers get the support they need in terms of impactful promotions and wider marketing. Jamie is ensuring we provide it.”
