Healthy fast food company Leon has launched its new range at Big 4 grocer Sainsbury’s.

The “plant-rich” variety features a selection of three soups and three salads ready to eat, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available for customers.

The selection will be available at Sainsbury’s stores from September 22.

According to the company, the single-serve lunches are inspired by its restaurant menus and are “perfect for convenient, plant-rich, work from home meals.”

It also mentions that its soups are vegan and gluten-free.

Its salad varieties feature two vegetarian options, with its Brazilian Black Bean Salad and its Greens & Grains Salad retailing at an RRP of £3.50 per 250g, and its vegan Kale Caesar Pasta Salad available for an RRP of £3.50 per 250g.
