Zoom 1hr expands Co-op partnership

Zoom 1hr has expanded its partnership with grocer the Co-op.

The move results in the delivery service delivering locally to Shropshire and the mid-Wales district to delivering across the England and Wales.

The service has extended its delivery radius to over the limit for delivery set by Co-op to allow better access rural towns and villages where “delivery solutions are needed more than ever.”

The company added that it has already delivered 75,000 grocery orders for the Co-op since its initial partnership, which began six months ago.

“Co-op customers can choose from 4,500 products via the ordering system,” Zoom 1hr founder and managing director Kev Williams said.

“They can track their deliveries in real time and because we deliver by car, they can enjoy double the delivery basket size compared to all other delivery partners.

“We also supported the Co-op to reach customers lying just outside of our usual delivery zones by offering a large delivery radius, at no further cost to the Co-op or the customer.”
