Nutrition brand Bio-Synergy has launched its Active Woman supplement range at Waitrose as the business works towards expanding its retail presence.

The retail listing will see the product range, which includes Activate protein, Energise creatine and Revitalise electrolyte mix, sold at 100 stores and on Waitrose’s website.

Bio-Synergy will be part of the high-street retailer’s BrandsNew acceleration programme which highlights the most innovative challenger brands.

The brand’s products have landed in Waitrose around mid-August for a recommended retail price of between £17 and £20.

This follows a rebrand for the Active Woman Range, which aims to meet demand for health supplements designed for women which can fit into an active lifestyle, according to the business.

The launch also arrives as women are increasingly seeking practical nutritional support while transitioning away from GLP-1 weight loss drugs.

Daniel Herman, founder and CEO of Bio-Synergy, said: “As a regular Waitrose customer, I have always felt it was the perfect home for the Active Woman range.

“I’m delighted that the Waitrose team shared my vision and recognised the opportunity to bring effective, straightforward nutrition to more women.

“As a certified B Corp, we believe wellbeing should extend beyond the products we sell. That’s why every Active Woman customer can also claim a complimentary Active Woman Lifting Club session at gyms nationwide, helping more women feel confident, get stronger and make it happen.”

This listing is the latest major retail partnership for the Bio-Synergy. The brand’s products are also stocked across retailers in the UK including Selfridges, Superdrug, Holand & Barrett and Sports Direct.
