Tony’s Chocolonely launches a new Popcorn Crunch bar
Tony’s Chocolonely is expanding its range with the launch of a new popcorn crunch bar, which will be part of its core 180g range.
The new product will be available in Sainsbury’s from 12 July and in Asda from 20 July onwards and is set to launch at other retailers afterwards.
The Popcorn Crunch bar aims to combine sweet and salty flavours to add innovation to their current line of chocolate bars.
Tony’s combined two popular film snacks, chocolate and popcorn, into one bar which has roasted, caramelised popcorn pieces which are covered in the brand’s signature milk chocolate.
According to the business, the entire production process involved sustainable sourcing, with 100 per cent traceable cocoa beans.

Tony’s specialises in sustainable cocoa production with a goal of supporting farmers to earn a living income and build long-term partnerships.
All of the confectionery’s brands’ cocoa beans are sourced with its sustainable principles, which ensures resilience for farmers and premium-quality products.
The business was founded in 2005 by 3 journalists after discovering that the world’s largest chocolate manufacturers were purchasing cocoa from plantations which used child labour and modern slavery.
Earlier this year the mission-led chocolate brand posted strong growth despite major challenges within the cocoa industry.
