Nomad Foods appoints new chief marketing officer
Frozen food manufacturer Nomad Foods has announced the appointment of Justin Billingsey as the chief marketing officer effective immediately.
The parent company of brands including Birds Eye and Iglo has recently been strengthening its executive team to reaffirm its goal of sustainable growth across its portfolio.
He will report directly to Nomad Foods CEO Dominic Brisby and will manage a consolidated marketing function which includes brand and portfolio strategy, communications, research & development and innovation.
As part of the new role, he will be responsible for driving stronger commercial results and improving long-term brand equity.

Brisby said: “Justin’s deep marketing expertise and brand leadership capabilities will be instrumental as we continue to build a more powerful, unified set of brands across Europe.
“His experience will be critical in accelerating our growth agenda and strengthening our connection with consumers across all markets. I am absolutely delighted to welcome him to Nomad Foods.”
He brings years of global marketing leadership to the role, having worked in brand and marketing services leadership positions.
This move comes as the business has recently made a number of leadership developments to strengthen its executive team.
Last month Jon Fernandez de Barrena was appointed as the president of Southern Europe, and Simon Ball was named the president of the UK & Ireland in March 2026.
