Marks & Spencer is set to open a new flagship store at Bath SouthGate on 4 February as part of its wider UK expansion plans.

The new 83,000 sq ft location has four floors offering M&S products across Food, Fashion, Home & Beauty. Shoppers will be able to experience an in-store bakery, fresh produce from M&S Farms and dedicated flower and wine shops.

‘It also features an upgraded 140-seater M&S coffee shop with a range of brunch and lunch options and barista-made hot drinks.

The fashion section has been expanded to include more Autograph womenswear choices, and there is a dedicated beauty hall with a number of branded and private-label products.

Natalie Jordan, store manager at M&S Bath SouthGate said: “We are counting down the days to reveal our showstopping store next month. Our customers deserve the very best of M&S, and our new location will deliver just that, with new products to explore and guaranteed trusted value and quality.”

The move is part of the retailer’s investment to open 20 new or renewed stores in the second half of the financial year in the UK.
