Morrisons Cafés is offering complimentary children’s meals with an adult meal which costs £5 or more during the festive season.

This is part of the retailer’s commitment to providing affordable alternatives for families over the Christmas season.

Children are able to choose from a variety of dishes, including Birds Eye Potato Waffles, Goodfella’s Mini Margherita Pizza, and Goodfella’s Mac & Cheese Garlic Bread.

Additionally, the Pick ‘n Mix meal deal is included, which has options including sandwiches and a range of kids’ snacks and drinks.

Will Reed, senior café trader at Morrisons, said: “We know Christmas can put extra strain on family budgets, especially with everyday costs continuing to rise.

“By offering free kids’ meals in all our Morrisons Cafés, we’re helping to ease that pressure and make sure children can enjoy their favourite, filling foods throughout the holidays.”

Additionally, the retailer is launching a ‘Two Adult Meals and Two Refillable Drinks for £15’ deal, which allows a family of four to dine out for £15.

Parents can select items from the Winter Warmer menu, which includes Liver & Onions with Mash & Peas and Ham Hock & Leek Casserole with Mash & Peas.

The products on the Winter Warmer menu are included as part of the Kids Eat Free deal.
