Innocent Drinks returned to profit in 2024
Drinks brand Innocent Drinks has reported strong financial results for the year 2024, returning to operating profit at £13m compared to a £3.7m loss in the year prior.
The business saw its annual group turnover increase by 13.2% to £466.1m from £452.9 in 2023. Innocent Drinks’ group shareholder funds rose by 30% over the year from £169.6m to £199.6m.
The improvements were driven by increased production at The Blender, Innocent Drinks’ Rotterdam-based factory, which now accounts for 70% of the products.
According to the business, the increased capacity allowed for more control over costs and production processes. Innocent Drinks also reduced its overall number of employees by 33%.

Nick Canney, CEO at Innocent Drinks said: “2024 was another step in a positive direction. The environment was challenging, and we faced significant external headwinds, but we made real progress across Europe.
“We grew turnover, profitability, and market share, which is a testament to the resilience of our teams – I am super proud of them for what they’ve delivered this year.”
Canney added that the new production site has been “key in driving efficiency, sustainability and strengthening the business’ foundations”.
Moving forward, the company is confident in its ability to mitigate further financial challenges. it has refined its strategy for 2030, which is based on macroeconomic trends, evolving consumer needs and commitment to the long-term growth of the business.
