Lidl launches ‘Lidl Wrapped’
Budget supermarket chain Lidl has unveiled its first-ever ‘Lidl Wrapped’, highlighting shoppers’ top buys.
The idea was inspired by Spotify’s ‘Spotify Wrapped’.
The retailer used data from its app to find the most popular products from ten UK cities. Each region then got its own bespoke festive wrapping paper design based on the most popular product from the city. Designs included avocados (Manchester), coleslaw (Bristol) and sushi (Sheffield).
As part of its Lidl Wrapped festivities, the supermarket has launched free gift wrapping stations at 10 stores nationwide between 4 to 17 December.
