THG Nutrition hits two-year high amid Myprotein global expansion push

THG has reported its strongest quarter of organic growth since 2021, driven by a double-digit performance from THG Nutrition, led by Myprotein.

In its Q3 trading update for the period ending 30 September 2025, THG said Group revenue rose 6.3% year-on-year on a constant currency basis, returning the company to year-to-date growth.

THG Nutrition saw sales climb 10%, marking its best quarterly growth in over two years, fuelled by international expansion, strong online performance and a surge in social commerce sales, up more than 90% year-on-year across platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop.

It’s nutrition brand Myprotein continued to expand its global retail footprint, with launches across 2,500 CVS stores in the US and new listings in Spinneys supermarkets across the Middle East.

The business said partnerships also bolstered growth, including Myprotein x Müller Protein Mousse, the UK’s no.1 protein dessert, and a new collaboration with Everlast Gyms to roll out 60 in-gym Myprotein Kitchens.

Customer loyalty also improved, with subscriptions up 50% on the first half of the year.

THG CEO Matthew Moulding said: “Within THG Nutrition, we remain on track with our focus on expanding Myprotein’s D2C market share, alongside accelerating our global offline presence through retail and brand partnerships. We’re well positioned for the key trading period ahead.”

Meanwhile, THG Beauty also returned to growth, up 4.2%, supported by strong UK retail performance and record advent calendar sales.

The Group said it remains on track to meet full-year guidance, adding that its most profitable trading period still to come.
