Kraft Heinz promotes new managing director
Kraft Heinz Company has appointed a new UK managing director, in the latest step of its “comprehensive transformation”.
Marta Pilczuk will serve as MD for the UK and Ireland division, succeeding Jojo Lins De Noronha who departed the company after 10 years.
Pilczuk’s appointment follows over 16 years at the FMCG – which owns brands including Bagel bites, Philadelphia cream cheese and Heinz’s condiment range – most recently as its managing director for Poland.
Previously, Pilczuk also led the business’s EMEA Procurement organisation, following working at fellow food and drinks manufacturer Mars for three years in 2010, as a regional packing buyer.

Pilczuk said: “Serving as the Managing Director for Kraft Heinz in Poland has been an extraordinary honour, but it’s time for a new challenge.”
Kraft Heinz zone president of Europe and Pacific Developed Markets Willem Brandt said: “We’re incredibly excited to have Marta take up this new roIe. Marta has accomplished a great deal in Poland, including growing our iconic Pudliszki brand – we know she’ll bring this experience to Heinz in the UK to continue nourishing the important role it plays in many British households.
Brandt added: “At Kraft, we are undergoing a comprehensive transformation to better serve our consumers’ needs. Marta’s arrival comes at a pivotal moment for our UK business, which is set to play a key role in driving this evolution forward.”
The new appointment follows Heinz late last year making its debut in the retail food-to-go breakfast category, with the launch of a range of new subs and wraps at WHSmith.
