Getir has sued UK advertising agency Enjoy Media, claiming that it placed fewer Getir adverts on London taxis than agreed.
The grocery delivery company employed Enjoy Media in March, to advertise across London’s transport network.
Getir raised its concerns with Enjoy Media in July, explaining that there were not as many branded London taxis in the capital as they expected.

Over six weeks, four Getir employees took 2000 photos of taxis in London, spotting at least 168 taxis that were ‘non-compliant’.
The number of taxis agreed in the partnership was 737.
Getir also claimed that four of the taxis captured carried the adverts of their competitors.
“Enjoy Media directly helped Getir’s competitors, Gorillas and Zapp, in advertising their services,” the lawsuit alleges.
“Getir UK Limited can confirm that it has brought a claim against Enjoy Media Limited for breach of contract with a view to achieving a positive and fair resolution in due course,” a Getir spokesperson told Grocery Gazette.
