Regal Bakery has launched a new range of mini-cookies as part of its convenience snacking line.

The baked goods are available in 350g cartons and can be purchased at an RRP of £1.69.

The cookies come in coconut, Nan Khatie, Cashew, Almond, and Pistachio flavours, with the company also producing Zeera Minis, which are made with cumin seeds.

According to the company, the product selection has been developed due to high demand from consumers who want to see an expansion of the food manufacturer’s existing snacks range.

It also attributes the relaxation of the Covid-19 restrictions, which allow customers to start travelling and socialising across the UK again.

“With life resuming back to normality and the pace beginning to quicken, it’s vital we continue to develop new products to cater for these moments in time, moments that can be experienced with family and friends over great food”, Regal Foods marketing manager Alec Gladok said.

“Because of this, we are delighted to introduce the new ‘Minis’ range, which follows on from the recent launch of our Mini Madeira Marble Cakes and Regal Tasters Flapjack Range.

“New product development is in our DNA and customers can expect more exciting launches throughout the rest of the year.”
