Lipton Teas and Infusions appoints new CEO
Lipton Teas and Infusions has appointed the former CEO of coffee and tea giant Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE Peet’s), Pierre Laubies, as its new chief executive.
Laubies has been interim CEO at Lipton for the past six months, having previously been chairman of the supervisory board since 2022.
He brings 30 years of leadership experience at multinational companies to the role, including periods at Mars and Campbell Soup Company.

Laubies is also a former CEO of JDE Peet’s and Coty, and remains a member of the board at Groupe Panzani.
Former Lipton chief executive Nathalie Roos stepped down in September 2024, after two years leading the tea giant.
At the time of her departure, Roos said: “It is with great emotion that I sincerely thank my leadership team, and all the teams at Lipton Teas & Infusions worldwide, for their unwavering commitment and trust.
“Together, with the support of our shareholders, we embarked on an incredible journey to transform the tea industry with remarkable energy.”
