Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay’s premium extra virgin olive oil brand Krude has secured its first major retail listing at Waitrose.

The brand’s Cook Me Nude and Finish Me Nude oil has exclusively launched across over 300 Waitrose stores nationwide.

This marks an important step for the business, which expands Krude’s accessibility through one of the UK’s leading supermarket retailers.

The Cook Me Nude virgin oil was developed for daily cooking, roasting and frying, and the Finish Me Nude was made for drizzling, dressing and finishing dishes.

According to the business, each Krude oil is sourced from family-operated farms in Spain and packaged in UV-protective metal cans to maintain quality.

The business was also co-founded by Ben and Elle Caring with the mission to bring chef-led expertise and innovative packaging to the olive oil category.

Charlotte Kissane, oil buyer at Waitrose, said: “We’re thrilled to be the first supermarket to bring Gordon Ramsay’s Krude oil to our shelves. Our food-loving shoppers are constantly looking for premium, restaurant-quality ingredients to elevate their home cooking.

“Krude hits that exact mark – it’s a bold, exceptional extra virgin olive oil with fantastic depth of flavour, whether you’re finishing a dish, dressing a fresh salad, or just dipping it with warm crusty bread. Both the cooking and finishing oils are brilliant additions to our oil aisle.”

The launch comes as shoppers are increasingly seeking out premium extra virgin olive oil, which is high-quality, according to the retailer.

Ben and Elle Caring, co-founders of Krude, said: “Rather than using traditional glass bottles, we chose lightweight metal packaging that not only better protects the oil but also offers a more practical and considered approach to sustainability.

“Waitrose has long been recognised for championing exceptional producers and sourcing outstanding ingredients, making it a natural home for Krude.”
