Skip unveils new range of Magnesium drinks
Functional soft drinks brand Skip is set to launch its range of magnesium drinks this week in two new flavours.
The range comes in two sparkling fruity flavours, Berry & Cherry and Kiwi & Lime, for a recommended retail price of £1.99.
Each of the 250ml cans contains 188mg of magnesium as well as vitamins B6 and D, which aims to offer an alternative for shoppers who are health conscious.
These two new products come after the national launch of Skip’s Peach & Ginger, Elderflower & Mint and Lemon & Basil cold-pressed CBD drinks last year in July.
Skip co-founder Adam Pritchard said: “Health-conscious consumers are increasingly looking for drinks that offer benefits beyond hydration.

“We believe that our sparkling magnesium and vitamin-enriched drinks will resonate particularly well with Gen Z, who are drinking less alcohol, care about ingredients and want function with convenience.
“These are high-quality, tasty and refreshing drinks that can fit into multiple daily routines, from a post-workout recovery drink to an alcohol alternative, and at a very affordable price.”
The brand was developed in collaboration with a team of scientific researchers from the University of Oxford, and its drinks are suitable for vegans with no added sugar.
The Skip Magnesium range is available in Home Bargains stores across the country and online as well as on Instagram Shop.
Additionally, the products will be available from August on Amazon, TikTok Shop and through the wholesaler HT Drinks.
