Haribo has opened a new warehouse in West Yorkshire, marking a significant milestone for the brand as its invests in UK manufacturing.

The new £35 million investment includes a warehouse facility and an additional production and packaging line.

The warehouse will allow the business to manage future product volumes, stock additional raw materials and packaging and modernise its Castleford operations.

This investment will support Haribo’s operations across Castleford and Pontefract, where the business employs over 700 people.

The business aims to strengthen Yorkshire’s role as one of Haribo’s key manufacturing hubs globally.

Additionally, Haribo has invested over £20 million across its 13 UK retail stores and last year the locations welcomed over five million guests.
