Aldi is launching a £5.97 Valentine’s Day meal deal for two, which adds up to £2.99 per person,.

The offer will be available in stores from 10 February onwards and includes dishes such as Heart Shaped Lobster Pasta and Specially Selected Black Cod in a Miso Glaze.

The discount retailer is offering a range of items from fresh seafood to desserts and drinks to share among consumers.

Aldi’s cheapest Valentine’s Day meal menu includes:

• Starter: Share the Love Heart-Shaped Garlic Bread for £1.49
• Main: Specially Selected Heart-Shaped Pizza in Spicy Pepperoni & Mozzarella for £2.99
• Dessert: Share the Love Mini Pink Heart Pancakes for £1.49
• Optional Wine: Prosecco Spumante for £4.75
