Just Eat has announced the launch of a new membership service, Just Eat+, which offers its members unlimited free deliveries throughout the summer.

The new unlimited delivery service can be purchased for a one-time fee of £5.99, and will be available for 90 days, expanding on the company’s commitment to enhancing ease when delivering to customers.

Just Eat customers who avail the membership will be able to place orders from over 90,000 restaurants, supermarkets, and shops for a number of goods, including household essentials and grocery products.

Claire Pointon, Just Eat UK&I’s managing director said: “We’re thrilled to be launching Just Eat+ – which is designed to make everyday ordering that bit easier and more rewarding.

“Whether it’s a quick dinner for the family or a last-minute order for summer essentials, our new membership gives customers more flexibility, with greater value and access to exclusive perks, all with no delivery fees.”

The members will be able to access other deals with Just Eat’ partners, including Greggs and Co-op, as well as added discounts from Leon, Island Poke, and The Breakfast Club and buy-one-get-one-free deals from restaurants.

Pointon added: “With thousands of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops to choose from, Just Eat+ helps people get whatever they need, whenever they need it.”

Just Eat’s new deal can be availed by signing up and adding the membership as they check out during purchases.

The new free delivery program launch comes on the heels of Just Eat announcing its partnership with Co-op across the UK. It was acquired by global investment group Prosus for £3.4bn in a deal that closed earlier this year.
