Premium UK-based fresh pasta company Dell’Ugo has collaborated with plant-based meat alternative brand This to create two plant-based filled ravioli lines.

The Isn’t Bacon & Cheese Ravioli features plant-based bacon lardons with dairy-free gouda, while the Isn’t Chicken & Pesto Ravioli features This’ popular vegan chicken pieces with PDO Genovese basil pesto, with both products available via the Dell’Ugo website and in supermarket giant Morrisons.

The collaboration comes as, according to the brands, demand for meat-free products is “skyrocketing” in the UK, with around 2.5 million vegans in the UK, which increased by 1.1 million between 2023 and 2024.

Dell’Ugo CEO Sophia Cooke said: “We have been active in the vegan world for a number of years and were the first to launch fresh filled plant based vegan pasta. Over the years we have been actively looking for a viable meat alternative that delivers.
