Ella’s Kitchen has lost its second boss in under four months amid a slew of senior departures at the baby food firm
Will Howard, who only took the reins as managing director in September when former CEO Mark Cuddigan departed is stepping down “to take up a new opportunity outside of the business”.
Tim Collins, currently vice president and general manger for Ella’s Kitchen’s parent company Hain Celestial Group will take over from Howard.
Howard’s departure follows that of finance director James Waters, supply chain and operations director Nella Jansson-Wright and HR director Catherine Allen who have all left in recent months.

It follows Ella’s Hain Celestial unveiling a global restructuring strategy at the end of 2023.
Ella Kitchen’s said: “We are sharing today that our managing director, Will is leaving Ella’s Kitchen, to take up a new opportunity outside of the business. Will has made an incredible contribution to Ella’s Kitchen over the last 10 years and has made an amazing impact in helping us to become the number 1 baby-food brand in the UK.
Howard wrote on LinkedIn: “Such an awesome team, working to deliver an inspiring mission by living the Ella’s values every day. A great company, a culture that many can only dream of.”
