Del Monte partners with Lisa Faulkner to promote canned fruit benefits

Food producer Del Monte has launched a partnership with cookery author and TV personality, Lisa Faulkner to promote the benefits of eating canned fruit.

As part of the collaboration, Faulkner will develop a series of recipes using Del Monte’s canned fruit range, including seasonal recipes for occasions such as Christmas, Veganuary and Easter.

Looking to offer families inspiration to create nutritious and affordable dishes during the cost-of-living crisis, the recipes will be available at the end of November via Del Monte’s website, as well as across social media channels.

“I’ve always been a big fan of cooking with canned fruit for a range of reasons. Not only is it super convenient as there’s less preparation needed and less waste than with fresh fruit, but it’s also great value for money,” Faulkner said.
