Five new products: Proper Snacks, Doughlicious, This, Made For Drink, Lily O’Brien’s

Proper Snacks

Popcorn and lentil chips brand, Proper Snacks has launched a new range of potato crisps with as much as 30% less fat and salt than its competitor brands.

Available in flavours including Thai Chilli, Cheese & Onion and Flame Grilled Steak, the vegan crisps have an RRP of 95p- £2 for 30g-100g packs.

Rolling out this month, the non-HFSS range can be found in Asda, Amazon, Boots and via Ocado.

Doughlicious

Cookie dough company, Doughlicious has unveiled its latest snack, Cinnamon Churro Dough•Chi.

Looking to add a seasonal snack to its range, the new product includes cinnamon-flavoured ice cream in cinnamon cookie dough with a cinnamon cookie crumb.

The gluten-free dessert is launching in 217 Waitrose stores nationwide from this month at RRP £5.

Plant-based brand, This has added two ‘Isn’t Beef’ products to its meat alternatives selection.

The new range which includes 100% plant-based beef burgers and mince are currently available from Sainsbury’s and are set to roll out in Tesco stores from 26 September at RRP £3.

Adding to its current vegan chicken and pork alternative products, the ‘Isn’t Beef’ range is also high in protein and a source of fibre.

Made For Drink

Snack brand, Made For Drink has launched a South Africa-inspired ‘Made For Beer’ Biltong.

Made from 100% grass-fed Irish beef, the new product is set to hit Waitrose stores in October at RRP £2.95 for a 30g pack.

The snack will launch alongside the brand’s English Truffle Crisps which will also roll out in Waitrose at RRP £1.25.

Lily O’Brien’s

Luxury chocolate brand, Lily O’Brien’s has unveiled a new range of chocolate truffles in flavours, Milk Chocolate and Salted Caramel.

The treats are available from this month at Big 4 grocers Tesco and Asda, as well as Morrisons and Waitrose at RRP £5.

According to the brand, the launch is set to add over £2 million to the casual gifting market in 2022 alone.
