Andrex has announced the launch of Mega Roll, a family size toilet roll pack that will last consumers 50% longer.

As one of the UK’s leading  non-food FMCG brands, Andrex has a host of popular products, including Andrex Classic Clean.

Retaining the ‘soft and strong’ qualities consumers have come to know from Andrex, the brand is also on a mission to become more sustainable.

New Mega Rolls use 22% less plastic and also require up to 25% fewer trucks to transport, contributing to the brand’s wider mission to leave a positive impact on the planet.

These efforts are in addition to the brand’s existing commitment to produce all products in the Andrex range from responsibly sourced fibres, by using only 100% recyclable packaging which is made using 30% recycled plastic.

The new Andrex Classic Clean Mega Roll is available at select supermarket shelves now and will continue to roll out nationwide across August and September.

“At Andrex, we are committed to listening to our customers’ needs and have been looking for ways to improve their lives through our products for the past 80 years,” said vice president and managing director for Kimberly-Clark, Dan Howell.

He added: “The current climate is no exception, which is why we are proud to launch Andrex Classic Clean Mega Roll. A family-size pack which lasts 50% longer compared to standard Classic Clean rolls, so families can feel confident in enjoying a superior feeling of clean, for even longer.”
