M&S Food has appointed marketing director Sharry Cramond as its new director of hospitality.
Cramond, who has lead the food divisions marketing for over four years, will now head up all 330 M&S’s in-store coffee shops.
She has joined M&S from Southeastern Grocer’s where she held the position of chief marketing officer, joining from Big 4 grocer Tesco.
She has also worked for Target Australia and Coles.

In a LinkedIn post, Cramond said she is “super exited to lead this area” alongside her marketing role.
She said: “Delighted that in addition to my current role as marketing director M&S Food, I am now additionally going to be director of hospitality, end-to-end accountable for all our in store coffee shops (330 of them).
“Super excited to lead this area alongside my marketing role and there are huge opportunities for growth. If you have ever had a coffee or food in any of our coffee shops and you would like to share your experience or suggest any ideas…then pile on in!”
