Morrisons has announced a new fuel incentive to shoppers in a bid to combat soaring fuel prices.
From today (17 February) until 27 February, customers will get a coupon entitling them to 7p off every litre of fuel when they spend £40 or more at the supermarket.
The coupon can be redeemed at one of 339 Morrisons petrol stations across the UK up until 6 March.
The news comes as petrol and diesel prices reached a record high earlier this week with predictions of further rises in the coming weeks.

According to the AA, both petrol and diesel were the most expensive they’ve ever been on Sunday 13 February, with the average price of petrol being 148.02p per litre and diesel hitting 151.57p per litre.
“We know that the cost-of-living increases are really beginning to bite for everyone in the UK and we want to help our customers by saving them money on one of their biggest expenses,” Morrisons chief customer and marketing officer Rachel Eyre said.
“With covid restrictions now easing, customers are using their cars more often and we believe this offer will help them to spread their budgets further.”
