Gail’s has partnered with Uber Eats to expand its rapid delivery offer across the UK.

The chain has launched on the delivery platform at selected stores, with the service set to roll out across its remaining estate in the coming weeks.

Customers will be able to order a selection of Gail’s best-selling products, including cinnamon buns, freshly baked sourdough, croissants and savoury pastries, alongside its house-blend speciality coffee.

Breakfast was reportedly the fastest-growing mealtime on Uber Eats in the UK last year, while searches for coffee on the platform jumped by more than 150 per cent during 2025.

Gail’s, which operates more than 175 bakeries across the UK, said the partnership would enable it to reach more customers while extending its neighbourhood bakery proposition beyond its physical shops.

Gail’s co-founder and chief executive Tom Molnar said: “GAIL’s is a modern craft bakery with a mission to feed more people better.

“Through our partnership with Uber Eats, we’re making it easier for more people to enjoy the bread, pastries and specialty coffee we’re known for, wherever they are.

“We’re committed to staying true to the values that define GAIL’s: exceptional baking, quality ingredients and serving our communities through the neighbourhood bakery experience, both in our bakeries and beyond.”

Uber Eats UK general manager Merve Basci said the addition would strengthen the platform’s breakfast and coffee proposition as morning orders continue to grow.

She added: “GAIL’s is an iconic modern staple for many neighbourhoods, and we’re thrilled to bring their world-class bakery offering to Uber Eats users up and down the country.”

Basci said soaring morning orders and coffee searches had created an opportunity for Uber Eats to expand its artisan food and speciality drinks offer while helping Gail’s reach new customers.

The partnership builds on Gail’s existing delivery presence as the fast-growing bakery chain continues to expand its footprint beyond London into towns and cities across the UK.
