Morrisons offering kids free breakfast over holidays
Morrissons is offering free breakfast to children throughout every school holiday this year, in partnership with Kellogg’s.
Children at the Morrisons Café are able to receive a free ‘Kellogg’s Breakfast’, which includes a bowl of cereal and portion of fruit.
Families can choose from favourites Corn Flakes or Rice Krispies alongside a free apple or banana with dairy or non-dairy milk.
Matt Khan, senior trader for Morrisons Café, said: “We know school holidays can put extra pressure on families, from the cost of food to the loss of everyday routines.
“By extending our partnership with Kellogg’s across all school holidays, we’re doing more to make it a little easier for families to enjoy a balanced breakfast together.

“It’s about offering practical support, a welcoming space, and helping parents and grandparents through what can be challenging periods throughout the school year for many.”
This offer will be available from today (February 16) across all Morrisons Cafés in the country and during every school holiday in England, Scotland and Wales this year.
This aims to provide support to parents who are under financial pressure during breaks with the pause of school breakfast clubs.
The initiative was launched as new research revealed that 33 per cent of parents struggle to feed their children during the school holidays, which increases to 40 per cent among younger parents aged 25 to 34.
Additionally, 80 per cent of respondents said over the holidays they have worried about whether food supplies would last until the next grocery shop.
