Budget supermarket chain Aldi has cut the price of its Christmas Dinner offering to £9.43.

The retailer says it offers the “cheapest” Christmas dinner on the market.

Customers can pick up fresh vegetables for 5p as part of its Super Six promotion, and fresh turkeys have been reduced to £2.49 per kilo. Yorkshire puddings can be found in-store for 40p and sage and onion stuffing for 39p.

Its value Christmas dinner range will be available in stores from 20 December.

The supermarket chain also offers a deluxe range with whole turkeys costing £13.49 per a kilo and a stuffed turkey crown setting customers back £20.99 per kilo.

This comes as the retailer wins ‘Retailer of the Year’ for the third consecutive year and ‘Christmas Retailer of the Year’ for the sixth year running.
