Sainsbury’s brings personalised ‘Your Nectar Prices’ to tills across the UK
Sainsbury’s is set to expand its loyalty programme by rolling out personalised Your Nectar Prices to checkouts across UK stores from Friday 25 July.
The move marks the next phase of the grocer’s loyalty push, enabling digitally registered Nectar users to redeem their personalised discounts directly at the tills—offering savings of up to £150 per year.
Currently available via SmartShop, Sainsbury’s grocery app and online, Your Nectar Prices delivers up to 10 tailored offers per week based on customers’ shopping habits. Since launch, the retailer has generated over 17 billion personalised offers, with more than one million customers using the feature weekly—saving a combined £60m over the past year.

To activate the discounts, shoppers must “tap to unlock” offers via the Nectar app or website before heading in-store or shopping online. The rollout complements Sainsbury’s existing Nectar Prices initiative, which provides loyalty discounts on thousands of everyday products for all Nectar members.
Chief marketing, data & sustainability officer Mark Given said the expansion reinforces Sainsbury’s commitment to “making loyalty personal.”
“Every week over a million customers are making the most of their personalised discounts and, by rolling this out to our checkouts, we’re opening the door for millions more to grab fantastic offers on the items they already purchase and maybe even discover some new favourites,” he said.
Your Nectar Prices, first launched four years ago, covers a wide range of categories including fresh food, household, health & beauty, baby and pet care.
