Tesco has increased its charity drive for shoppers using self-service checkouts, with customers being asked if they would like to make an additional donation before they pay.

The new policy from the UK’s largest supermarket will last until 2 October and is being introduced as part of the retailer’s ongoing commitment to charity. They include leading health charities in the UK, such as: Cancer Research UK, the British Heart Foundation and Diabetes UK.
