The Co-op has launched its ‘Proud to Stock Co-op’ initiative to promote its own label products stocked across the 2,500 Nisa independent retailers.
To promote the range of items available in stores, Nisa partners will be given access to a variety of new digital assets to use across social media during the summer.
With an aim to engage customers with the products, which include a range of barbecue, picnic and sweet treat options, the bank of assets will feature lifestyle photography photos of key summer eating occasions downloadable from Nisa’s order capture system.
Partners are then able to use these along with social posts and header photos for Facebook and Twitter, options both including and excluding the Nisa logo depending on if the partner operates a symbol store or not, to showcase the own label range.

“We know there is huge influence on social media and many Nisa partners are extremely active on various platforms, engaging with their shoppers and sharing news of their deals,” Co-op wholesale category lead Jonny Lambert said.
“This set of Co-op own-brand assets will help them to spread the word about the products they have in store and raise awareness about the wide range available for shoppers to buy locally from their independent store.”
This news comes as Nisa has unveiled Co-op’s re-launched range with new products and packaging to offer customers more Food-to-go options this summer.
