Spar is set to launch a brand new campaign across the UK to encourage shoppers back into its stores post-Christmas and New Year.
The retailer’s campaign, “Win your Shop for Free”, allows customers a chance to win back their basket spend, by just simply uploading their receipt to a bespoke website.
There are 30 prizes available to win per day, with the campaign is expected to run from 3 January to 1 February 2022. In total, there are 900 prizes available.

“We are looking to reward customers with a campaign that focuses on value at what can be a tricky financial time of year for many,” Spar UK digital marketing manager Alex Hall said.
“We know consumers are more likely to spend more if they think they can win the value of their shop back and ‘Win your Shop for Free’ gives them a chance to do just that.
“Shoppers visiting our stores can win their essential shop and maybe something extra for a special occasion as well.
“It’s about bringing higher perceived value to Spar stores which will incentivise basket spend and in turn encourage footfall.”
The news comes after over 300 Spar convenience stores were forced to close after a series of cyberattacks last month.
